Return Policy

Policy on Returns due to Damaged and Defective Products

Pabder reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
If we determine there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to replace the product or refund the cost of the defective product. If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, we will not accept the return.

We do not refund products:
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to water, chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use/misuse by you or wear and tear.
  • Refunds will be based on merchandise value on the invoice.
Policy on Product Exchange
  • Items must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase.
  • Receipt must be presented upon return.
  • Items should not be worn and should be in its original packaging with the original labels and tags attached.

Online Purchases

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, please get in touch via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, so that we can discuss the resolution together, whether it is issuing a credit note or an exchange. We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. (To be eligible for any of the above, all items must be returned in unused condition.)

Pabder offers free express international shipping. To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Items wåill be process after receipt of payment. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

Duty and taxes

We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) to all countries. As the purchaser, you are liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary (depending on destination country) to release your delivery from customs on arrival to your country.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes.
